Job Description

English/English/Literature/Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Physics/Biology/History/Economics & Business /Geography WANTED for a startup tuition centre

Commencement date: November - December 2022

Working location: prime location at Causeway Bay

Main duties:
- Vastly lead by the academic director to conduct online/face-to-face classes, including but not limited to curricula like HKDSE, IBMYP, IBDP, IGCSE, GCSE, GCE, etc.
- Communicate with students and parents, keep them updated with progress and performances
- Offer lesson plans/feedback to students and parents, while analyzing feedback from them
- Generate teaching materials for different curricula during non-teaching hours
- Meet and collaborate with other teachers in teaching arrangements/structural planning
- Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor(s)

We're looking for someone who's:
- Degree holder or above, preferably in education/math/science-related disciplines (Candidates who can teach 2 or more subjects will be prioritized)
- Able to clearly deliver a lecture, yet responsible, empathetic and highly-organized
- Any teaching experience will be an advantage, Fresh graduates are also welcomed (Training and trial lessons shall be offered during probation)
- Happy to work as a team, while being able to work independently and analytically as well
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and BE PUNCTUAL
- Good attitude and communicative, creative, willing to learn and listen to the others
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Young, energetic, confident and passionate about growing with the company
