Front Office Administrative Officer (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative support to Front Office Team
  • Attend to emails, phone calls and reservations based on guest requests
  • Answering phone calls and guest's inquiries in timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with both external and internal parties
  • Prepare periodical reports for management’s review
     

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality or other related discipline
  • Relevant experience in Hotel Front Office or Reservations is an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
