Job Overview 

Responsible for Housekeeping duties of Conference Lodge in Sai Kung.

Do you excel in…

Cleaning and checking maintenance of guestrooms, guest lifts and floor areas in a high quality standard;

清潔、執拾酒店房間, 客用升降機及各樓層之公眾地方；

Assisting to storing, issuing, repairing, altering and laundering of room linen, table linen, guest laundry and staff uniforms.

協助存放、發放、修理、更改和清洗房間佈草、桌布、客用衣物和員工製服;

Attend to guests’ requests in warm and courteous manner enhancing total guest experience.

提供有禮及專業服務予客人並處理客人查詢。

Are you on the GO mode …

1 years’ relevant experience, with vocational training preferable;

1 年相關經驗，曾受專業在職訓練者更佳；

Good guest service skills with the passion to serve;

良好顧客服務技巧，對客戶服務有熱誠；

Able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin

具基本英語及普通話溝通能力
