Job Description
Provide courteous and effective services at the Front Office (Back Office).
Perform registration card modification for all arrival guests.
Modify and update the respective folios of the hotel guests in the system.
Issue purchasing order in SCM and prepare submission memo for contracts.
Follow up purchasing orders and delivery arrangement in order to support daily operations.
Assist Front Desk to follow up daily departure guest list and reconfirm reservations with respective parties.
Prepare statistical reports and presentation materials according to the management requirement.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
Secondary School education with vocational training on hotel industry is preferred.
Certification of vocational training on hotel industry (Prefer but not required).
Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience (Prefer but not required).
Pleasant personality, fluent in English & Mandarin and knowledge on personal computer.
