The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a  Bar Manger - Ozone Bar & Restaurant.

Job Summary

  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in managing the bar team and ensure a smooth daily operation
  • Design and create the beverage menu and promotion strategies to maximize revenue
  • Promote and actively engage with guests to create dynamic vibe at the Ozone Bar & Lounge
  • Build positive rapport with guests and ensure service standards are met and in compliance with hotel's brand values

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
  • Diploma or vocational training in beverage, cocktails or spirits
  • A team player with outgoing personalities
  • Good business accumen and be innovative
  • Passionate and service oriented 
  • Excellent command of spoken Chinese and English
