Digital Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to collect and document detail business requirement 
• Source and evaluate digital solutions to map with business operation requirements
• Coordinate the communication among business stakeholder, support departments and vendors
• Facilitate solution POC and calculate the benefit and ROI
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions; ensuring timely completion of projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, digital transformation or related field
• Experience in ERP project is preferred 
• Experience of working with IT/OT vendors or outsourced projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge on latest Information and Operational technologies, and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interview skills
• Strong analytical skills, ability to understand problems and express the complexity of them in clear terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
