Assistant Logistics Manager (Ramp Services)

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high standard of loading & unloading procedures and ensures an on-time performance of all flights
• Ensures efficient aircraft handling and smoothen daily operations
• Monitor and enhances subordinates’ working performance
• Ensures the Company’s regulations are followed strictly
• Reviews the existing procedures/resources and plans for a better development
• Maintains a harmonic working atmosphere and executes fair-minded measures at all times
• Maintains a good relationship with the customers and provides satisfactory services to minimize complaints
• Performs ad hoc duties as directed by Loading Services Manager

Requirements

• Tertiary Education in Operations Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory level
• Holder of a valid driving license (No. 1 and 2) is an advantage
• Good communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and follow tight schedules
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Shift duty is required
