Purpose
- Perform load control tasks which receive and process all information related to sales order from external parties, and disseminate the messages to internal departments timely and accurately
- Assist daily operations of Operations Control Centre (OCC) by completing the assigned tasks
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Understand all aviation and non-aviation ordering requirements and guidelines to provide customer-oriented catering services
- Follow the SOP to process all incoming telex, e-mail, fax or any other information and disseminate the messages to all concerned parties timely and accurately
- Communicate with aviation and non-aviation personnel or handling agents for regular and ad-hoc requests and enquires to achieve total customers’ satisfactions
- Communicate with internal departments for routine tasks and ad-hoc requests to achieve on-time performance target
- Provide professional customer services
- Report any system failure to supervisors and IMT helpdesk and hotline
- Execute business contingency plan when related meal ordering system failure
- Perform other necessary duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience/ Skills
Education / Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in any discipline, preferably in operations management, tourism or aviation related discipline
Experience:
- 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in customer service or airline business
- Fresh graduate is welcome
Skills:
- Good communication and detail-mind
- Able to handle multi takes
- Proficiency in MS Office
