We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Head Pastry Chef, we rely on you to be:
- Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in all the designated Pastry kitchens
- Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the club and culinary management
- Ensure the efficiency of operations and synergy with other kitchens and events operation
- Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with company hygiene standard
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in luxury hotel
- Well versed in production and set up of buffet/ coffee breaks/ plated dessert/ specialty breads
- Strong supervisory skill, able to drive the mood and good sprit of the team
- Relevant expertise in both European style cake and bread making
- Able to create range of products in trend, including a la carte desserts and breads
- Creative, enthusiastic and service-oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written English
