Assistant Accountant

WM HOTEL

Responsibilities

  • Handling income audit duties of hotel
  • Verify, monitor, review daily hotel revenue and prepare daily revenue report
  • Ensure all rebates, discounts and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance policy.
  • Ensure all coupons, certificates and vouchers are adequately controlled
  • Perform checking regularly
  • Perform various special projects as requested and assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Accounting field
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in hotel industry
  • Independent, analytical mind and capable to prepare reports
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and knowledge in Opera System
