Demi Chef (Indian Cuisine)

We are looking for Demi Chef (Indian Cuisine) based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Demi Chef (Indian Cuisine), we rely on you to be:

• Responsible for kitchens daily preparation and production of Indian cuisine for multi outlets
• Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
• Work in collaboration with the Production Chef to support the overall operation
• Ensure high standards of food production meeting customers' expectations and company standard
   

We are looking for someone who has:

• 5 years relevant experience in related professions
• Knowledge in food and beverage with excellent Indian Cuisine cooking skills
• Able to customize dishes to Member’s request
• Well versed in curries and tandoori
• Good command of English
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
