To process all check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient way;
To assist in the supervision of guest service team and coordination with Housekeeping Department to ensure the smooth running of daily front desk operations;
To handle guest inquiries and provide assistance to guest with courteous and friendly manner;
To assist in controls and monitors room reservation status and upsell rooms to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations with at least 2 years in supervisory level;
Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua.
