Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services, facilities and features in a professional manner
  • Assist guests with luggage delivery efficiently 
  • Maintain service excellence by being attentive to guest needs
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the department head from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel industry
  • Service orientated, pleasant and good interpersonal skill
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, knowledge in other language is an advantage
