JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To prepare food items according to the daily order
Assist the set up on buffet lines and replenishment
To check food temperatures and food presentation
Be familiar with kitchen equipment and operate properly, in accordance with hotel safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Form 5 or above
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in hotel industry
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
