Brand Service Manager

Job Descriptions

• Always maintain and enhance service standard across multiple stores
• Oversee daily operations of Brand F&B businesses to achieve sales target by developing adequate business processes and controls.
• Assure Company standard can be carried out in terms of products quality, customer service level, hygiene and safety
• Ensure and provide comfortable environment to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop the brand and team to commit to high-performance
• Plan and follow up staff training and development
• Communication and co-ordinate between HQ, Frontline and Kitchen team.
• Benchmark and seek enhancement in all aspects
• Identify market trends to seek enhancement include but not limited to pricing, product, service, labor salary and benefit
• Enhance and ensure guests get the best service and experience through lifting standards, training and by leading the teams.
