Solicit and manage transient and group related business opportunities with significant revenue potentials. Apply the strategic account management to assigned accounts and generate maximum business for the hotel. Develop strong partnerships with buyers for the purpose of penetrating and growing market share and driving sales for the hotel. Achieve personal and team related business goals by delivering service excellence. Partner with the hotel’s leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share. Perform duties to support the department in line with the company’s strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting expectations of stakeholders.
