Assistant Manager / Night Manager (Front Office) (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and quality guest services to ensure hospitality
  • Response to guest comments and complaints and take necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Represent the management to take charge of the situation and make necessary decisions in the absence of the management on duty or Heads of Department

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ Front office operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Opera system
  • Able to take charge overnight shift of Front Office operations with minimal supervision
