Follow the instruction of Senior Sous Chef and ensure kitchen’s operation is closely adhered to hotel standard
Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen
Maintain a good quality of the cuisine
Requirements
At Least 3-5 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments, exposure in International hotels / Michelin-starred restaurants would be preferred
Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
