Catering Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Complete all administrative work for department ensuring a high standard of communication
  • Type all the written correspondence and draft simple memos for department
  • Attend meetings and take minutes if necessary
  • Prepare complete sales/catering kits and keep stock
  • Answer telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally
  • Assist in organizing corporate special events
  • Keep an up-to-date file for all banqueting and catering menus and beverage list
  • Keep an up-to-date file for all banqueting and catering equipment list and information
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or Department Head

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, innovative, mature, service-oriented and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in computer software application
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
