Sales Assistant Manager/Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
• Prepare sales report/ monitor, analyzes and reports market related issue
• Implement and modify marketing strategies to respond to market environment changes and business activities of competitors
• Maintain good relationship and accompany sales staff to visit clients (hotels, Japanese restaurants, supermarket etc) from time to time and handling client’s complaints
• Manage sales support and food processing team
• Set monthly sales target for each team members
• Oversees Macau branch operation
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• Ability to react effectively and with appropriate urgency to client requests that require quick responses.
• Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken in Japanese, English and Chinese
• 5 years’ or above experience in Trading, Foods & Beverage or related industries is a must
• Outgoing personality with strong initiative and self-discipline
• Able to work under pressure
• Business trip to Japan and Macau
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Assistant Manager
