Responsibilities :
- Provide effective and efficient sales support to the sales team;
- Responsible for the daily operation of Sales Department including preparing sales quotation and invoice;
- Follow up order arrangements, after-sales services and other administrative support;
- Assist in providing general clerical support and reports in timely manner;
- Assist in payment collection by email and follow-up calls;
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients;
- Coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction;
- Perform documents checking to ensure all trade transactions are in compliance with internal procedures & guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Various ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales/sales support/customer services;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- English & Chinese typing is essential; Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Details-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Immediate available is highly preferred
