Job Descriptions:

Looking after enquires, coordinate negotiation processes and closing deals with superiors

Assist in event planning and set-ups procedures

Assist in effective communication with clients and related internal departments

Identify and develop business opportunities for events and catering sales
-
Support senior management to proactively create strategic sales plan with a focus on catering and events
-
Liaise and maintain a good relationship with all related parties, including external vendors
-
Provide competitive market intelligence and identify potential customers and strong competitors
-
Lead, manage and drive team members to achieve sales targets
-
Responsible for general administration support to the Event Management Team

Basic Salary range from $15k-$20k depending on experience and qualities
-
High commission scheme for sales achieved with extra KPI Bonus

More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager/ Manager
Requirements:
-
3-8 years of event & catering sales experience, preferably in 4-5* hotels/ well-known restaurants in Hong Kong that run events regularly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy, good with details

Able to work cheerfully under pressure, juggle deadlines and priorities

Team player and good communication skills. Proficient in both Chinese and English writing, good at spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Strong Problem solving and organisational abilities

Knowledge of Hotel Sales & Catering System

Strong background in customer service orientation
