Follow the instruction of Sous Chef and ensure kitchen’s operation is closely adhered to hotel standard
Responsible for production of food items (hot and cold food dishes) under guidance of Kitchen Section Head
Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments, exposure in International hotels / Michelin-starred restaurants would be preferred
Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
Less experienced candidates would be considered as Commis I
