- Responsible for cooking both Western and Chinese style food

- Ensure the food quality with attractive, tasty and hygiene manner

- Fully understand of menu items, recipes, ingredients, cooking methods & food presentation.

- Design new food menu from time to time

- Control food cost in an effective manner

- Ensure the proper handling, cleanliness and maintenance of work area, equipment, and cold storage areas

- Keep aware of the trends, systems, practices and equipment in the food and beverage and catering industry

Compensation and other Benefits

- 5-day work week + 17 days Public Holidays (9 hours working per day)
