診所接待員 (走鋪) Medical Centre Receptionist (Relieving)

工作職責:

• 負責接待，登記，預約
• 解答病人查詢及一般文書工作
• 5.5天工作，每週工作46.5小時
• 星期日及公眾假期休息
• Mon - Fri 9:15am - 6:45pm, Sat 9am - 5pm

工作要求:

• 會考/ 文憑試或以上程度
• 能操流利廣東話、良好英文及普通話，懂讀寫中英文
• 具客戶服務經驗人士優先考慮
• 歡迎應屆畢業生及無相關工作經驗人士申請
• 必需完成接種新冠疫苗

Job Responsibilities

• Preform reception duties and handle bookings in medical centre
• Answer patients’ inquiry and handle customers' feedback
• Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk
• 5.5 working days, 46.5 hours per week
• Sunday and Public holiday off
• Mon - Fri 9:15am - 6:45pm, Sat 9am - 5pm

Job Requirements

• HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
• Good spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• With customer services experience preferred
• Welcome candidates without experience in medical industry
• Completed Covid-19 vaccination is a must
