Job Summary

The successful candidate will work under Cluster it Team, collaborate with different Business Units to ensure all infrastructure and network are continued to operate in a stable and effective manner. Perform full spectrum of Information Technology functions including hardware & software procurement, installations, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in hotel IT support and project management, preferably in 5-star international hotel
• Good sense of Global Hospitality Technology trends
• Sound knowledge of Windows applications, networking and hotel systems
• Strong sense of responsibility, time management and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
