Job Duties

To handle booking and requests with proper telephone manners

To greet customers

To arrange customer bookings and registrations upon visits

To perform day-to-day routine office administrative tasks

To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements

Good command of English and Cantonese

Strong communication, interpersonal, self-motivated and detail-oriented
-
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)

Excellent telephone manner with pleasant and professional attitudes

Experience in office administration function is an advantage
