Agent / Supervisor, Call & Command Centre (Fresh Grads Welcome)

Responsibility:

Manage incoming calls and emails from different parties in quality service standard

Liaise with ground operation teams to coordinate daily work tasks   

Prepare different service reports and analysis 

Work with team members to achieve overall performance standards

Maintain all data and record in tidy manner

Requirements:

Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent

Fresh Graduated are also welcome

Applicants with 2 years customer services or call center experience will be considered as supervisory position

Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills

Good problem solving skills

Good team-spirit and open-minded

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage

Shift duties required

Proficient PC skills
