Job Description:

Responsible for providing customer services to the guests

Handling daily operations such as guests' check-in check-out, reservations, and reports handling

Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and assist Operational Manager in monitoring the guest services level

Provide training to the Front Office team

Handle guest complaints

 

Job Requirement:

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

2 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry with a minimum of 1 year at the managerial level

Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

Can work independently

Service-oriented, good communication, decision-making, and leadership skills

Sense of urgency and responsibility 

Shift duty is required

Immediate availability is preferred; More experience will be considered as Front Office Supervisor
