Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, located at 167 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong is hiring a Receiving Clerk.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all merchandises are properly received and distribute to the requesting department, and ensure all receiving records and supporting documents are filed properly
  • Ensure the incoming merchandises are checked against standard purchase specifications
  • Be fully acquainted with the hotel’s receiving procedures, in accordance to the corporate standards and requirements
  • Coordinate between suppliers and user departments for a mutual beneficial delivery schedule
  • Communicate with vendors and respond to their enquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist to perform daily accounting duties when required
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements include:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline, previous hotel-related working experience is preferable
  • Well-organized with strong communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English and Cantonese
