Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and greet callers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Taking and handling internal and external telephone calls efficiently
  • Handling reservations, provide hotel guests with accurate and updated information about the Hotel services, facilities and offers
  • Utilizing the selling skills in order to optimize hotel revenue and display high level of customer service at all times
  • attend a night shift 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder of Hospitality Management, Tourism or related disciplines
  • With solid customer service experience in hotel or related industry 
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English 
  • Willing to have shift duty and able to handle ad hoc duties
  • Basic understanding in telephone operator duties
  • Overnight shift will be required
