The Guest Services Officer must possess outstanding hospitality, focused customer service, strong communication and organizational skills and effective decision-making abilities. Maintaining a high level of professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Enhances department and company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in catering or hotel industry
  • Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Being aggressive, self-motivated and committed to achieving sales target
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Shift duty is required
  • Receptionist experience also welcome 
  • Work location: Hong Kong International Airport
