Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional service to our guests
  • Serving food and beverages with a highly professional manner
  • Supervise daily operation of the Recepion team
  • Provide training to the team to provide exceptional guest services
  • Work closely with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation of all functions
  • Responding to guests' inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner

Requirements

  • Experience in food & beverage operation from well-established hotel is preferred
  • Candidates with Fine Dining experience or Bar experience are highly preferred
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
