The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator.

Job Summary

  • Respond to guest enquiries over the phone
  • Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
  • Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
  • Assist with required and ad-hoc Housekeeping paperwork

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotels will be an advantage
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communications skills
  • Passionate and service oriented 
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
