Responsibilities

  • Manage collection orders, handle and respond to incoming enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain all service-related communication with registered waste generators and licensed collectors;
  • Provide prompt assistance to waste producers in compliance with the regulatory requirements during the course of order handling;
  • Coordinate stringently with numerous internal departments and make sure all the producers could be served timely as well as safely

Requirements

  • Diploma or above;
  • Form 5 or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered;
  • Relevant experience in customer/ sales service is preferred;
  • Proficiency in database management, Chinese word processing and spreadsheet etc.;
  • Presentable with good communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Attention to detail and self-motivated with positive attitudes;
  • Good command of spoken / written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
