Administration Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and office support activities for individuals or multiple managers
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing, answering and directing phone calls, data inputting, and to provide holiday and/or sickness cover to Administrative Assistants of other departments
  • Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office
  • Perform any reasonable administration related ad hoc requests
  • Perform any required procedures and verify information with appropriate business workflow / approval
  • Data input and make sure the database is up-to-date
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above, with relevant experience in multinational company is an advantage
  • PC knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good communication, presentation and written skills in both English and Chinese
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast past and dynamic environment
