Admin and Account/HR Officer (5-day work)

  • Responsibilities :

    • Perform general accounting duties & daily accounting operation, handle full set of accounts, bank transactions and filing documents
    • Handle daily accounting functions, i.e. issuing cheques, preparing vouchers, cheques deposit and etc.
    • Perform daily operations of accounts receivable & accounts payable tasks, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, etc.
    • Prepare vouchers and general ledgers
    • Follow up AR/AP and data input
    • Filing and month-end closing, assist in inter-companies transaction & reconciliation
    • Handle general administration, and HR duties such as payroll, MPF and medical, recruitment works and staff expense claims, updating company policies.
    • Assist management to oversee insurance, office equipment, IT, supplies procurement and daily office maintenance.
    • Manage office supplies and services.
    • Assist in other ad-hoc projects/tasks whenever necessary


    •  Diploma or above
    •  LCCI Level 2 or above
    •  At least 5 years relevant experiences
    •  Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese word processing
    •  Good command of both English and Chinese
    •  Mature, responsible and well-organized
    •  Immediate available is an advantage
