Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries, order status and after sales issues 
     
  • General administration and clerical support on daily operation
     
  • Handling ad hoc tasks if required

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above, Fresh graduates are welcome
     
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
     
  • Good telephone manner and communication skill;
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word processing;
     
  • Responsible, independent, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure
