Responsibilities

  • Assist Head Bartender to supervisor day-to-day operation
  • Execute classic and modern cocktails on a world class level
  • Engage with guests and provide cocktail recommendations and alternative suggestions
  • Initiate training for the team to enhance the consistency in service and standards
  • Assist the management to achieve departmental goals and ensure overall guest satisfaction level

Requirements

  • With relevant experience in bar industry and at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • In-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
  • Extensive understanding of wine, beer and spirits
  • Have excellent judgement in the responsible service of alcohol
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
  • Good command in English. Knowledge in other languages is an advantage
