Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the front desk in smooth operation
  • Provide check-in/check-out service in a professional manner
  • Respond to enquires and resolve complaints with service excellence
  • Maintain guest profile and database are up-to-dated
  • Ad hoc duties as assisgned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 4 years' experience in hotel front office operation is required
  • Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Able to work independantly and under pressure
  • Willing to work on shift and during holidays
  • Complete 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine
