Requirements:

  • Work experience in Food & Beverage Operations with proven track record in supervisory level and people development;

  • Understand of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines preferred, but not essential;

  • Strong business sense, proven management, analytical and leadership skills;

  • Mature, service-oriented and well-organized;

  • Ability to strategies based on market demand periods to maximize revenue opportunities;

  • Understand of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with all departments in an organization;

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential
