Assistant Reservations Manager - Rooms

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the team of Rooms Reservations to deliver exceptional level of service
  • Support the team to ensure the efficiency of daily operations
  • Handle all guest enquiries and reservations requests in an engaging and professional manner
  • Leverage Rooms reservation systems whilst adhering to the hotel standards, policies and procedures
  • Manage room inventory and maximize capacity to achieve the financial targets
  • Develop and conduct training to team members to maintain service excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of reservations experience in international luxury hotels
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Solid experience in providing departmental training
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and structured
