Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering personnel documentations in the Human Resources Management System.
  • Prepare artwork designs for posters and advertisements for websites and publications as required.
  • Maintain a systematic and efficient filing system.
  • Manage standard correspondence as assigned.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of all reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support for the department.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or HR Management preferred
  • Able to maintain strong degree of confidentiality
  • Good computer literacy in MS office
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
