The Role
The job holder's major responsibilities are to:

  • Serve an assigned portfolio of customers
  • Ensure complete, accurate and timely billing of services provided to customers
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, debt collection and payment processing
  • Assist the Officer to ensure timely completion of month-end closing and reporting
  • Support ad-hoc assignments

The Person
The idea candidate should have/be:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Working experience in accounting field will be an advantage 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP system is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
