Account Manager/ Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Remote and On-site support to end-user including timely respond to telephone and email inquiries;
  • Engage with existing Client to promote DimOrder system;
  • Forecast and track responsible account's quarterly sales results and annual forecasts;
  • Follow up new / existing projects with the support from technical team;
  • Drive project closing by communication between different internal units and partners;
  • Keep a good relationship with clients

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
