Assistant Manager (Chinese Restaurant) (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operation.
  • Establish long term rapport with customers.
  • Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant.
  • Provide on-the-job training to staff at all levels.
  • Deliver food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • Certificate holder or above preferably with hotel or food and beverage training.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in same capacity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving and training abilities.
  • Good management skill with positive mind-set, detailed service and customer driven.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts and hours.
  • Good command of written and conversational English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be preferred.
