Prepare, analyze and control the operating performance and budget which support the overall objectives.
Provides regular and on-going communication with all departments in order to keep staff informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situations.
Establishes and maintains standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, handling, sanitation and safety in alignment with company’s standards and applicable regulations.

Preferably with 10 years or above relevant experience in F&B field. (At least 3 - 5 years of experience as a district manager)
Food Hygiene Manager Certificate.
Strong general management skills, including information analysis, planning and organizing, decision making and problem solving.
Financial management skills, including budget management, expense control and analysis of Profit and Loss statements.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reports, proposal, and operations manuals.
Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal skills
Leadership skill and effective team spirit
Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
Fluent Cantonese and General Mandarin and English
