We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers all incoming calls and correctly communicates them for execution as per the Peninsula standards
  • Handles guest enquiries and complaints professionally and relays them promptly
  • Co-ordinates all administrative work in the Housekeeping Office
  • Ensures the proper recording of all information, including lost-and-found items

Requirements:

  • A hotel school graduate with relevant experience is highly preferred
  • Has good command of spoken and written English; knowledfe of other languages is an advantage
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
