Key Responsibilies:

  • Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and provide guests service with excellence to exceed guest expectation
  • Handle guest complaints and emergency cases
  • Provide on-the-job training to Operations team

Job requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years Front Office working experience of which 1 year in supervisory level
  • Strong sense of service excellence
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication skills and supervisory skills
