Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for checking guest rooms to ensure the established procedures and standards are followed through
  • Supervise and support Room Attendants on the assigned floors
  • Respond to all guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures and standards
  • Conduct on-the-job training to the team on a regular basis to maximize productivity
  • Report and follow up all malfunctions on the assigned floors with Engineering department
  • Maintain inventories of all floors properly with correct supplies and linen

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in luxury hotels, with at least 1 year in similar capacity
  • Equipped with sound knowledge of housekeeping equipment
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details, well organized and structured
